2. Construction and finishing of water feature and fountain
3. Lift modernization works
4. Lift lobby tiling and wall finishing
5. Aluminium cladding ceiling installation
6. Merbau timber works and feature enhancements
7. Full exterior and interior repainting
8. PU coating and surface protection works

Outcome:
The upgrading works were successfully completed within the planned 10-month duration, meeting the client’s quality and design expectations while revitalizing the property’s overall image and long-term value
