Our M&E work sits inside our renovation, interior and building upgrading projects, from concealed LED lighting in a clinic reception to the new water feature, lighting and lift upgrading at Kiaramas Sutera.

Do you do M&E works on their own?

Most of our M&E work is part of a renovation, interior or upgrading project, where we coordinate it with the other trades. Contact us about standalone works and we will advise.

Can you add feature lighting to an existing space?

Yes. We plan lighting with the interior design, including concealed LED lines, feature lighting and facade lighting.

Do you build water features?

Yes. At Kiaramas Sutera we built the new entrance water feature and fountain, including the structure, finishes, plumbing and lighting.

Will plumbing be tested before finishing?

Yes. Plumbing and wet areas are tested before tiling and finishes go on, as part of our inspection step.
